Like Blithedale Canyon, Cascade Canyon runs back into the redwoods and has a beautiful creek running down the middle of it. There are many nice custom homes as well as a number of 60′s and 70′s houses that can be a little on the funky side. Deep in the canyon, though a beautiful natural setting, it gets pretty remote and the roads narrow and winding, so locations closer to downtown are generally considered more desirable. There are some pretty amazing storybook homes in the flats. Sun is a factor here but get up off the canyon floor and you’ll see why people love the hillside living, with some amazing views.
